2026 New Works Festival STAGED READING SERIES

Now in its 27th year, KDT's Staged Reading Series will showcase 4 staged readings of the newest and most exciting Texas-based playwrights working in contemporary theater today. The lineup will feature two new plays written by KDT Artistic Company Members: Black Republican by Jamal Sterling and Sound by Jenny Ledel. Each reading will feature some of DFW's most accomplished actors and directors to highlight the breadth of talent in our amazing community.
