The Play:
Under the shadow of a volcano, the citizens of Pompeii sing, dance and tell jokes in this zany vaudeville show. It's togas and tap shoes, centurions and sing-alongs in this timely satire of nationalistic hubris and narcissistic excess. Opening their brand-new home in the Design District, KDT Co-Artistic Directors Christopher Carlos and Tina Parker will direct KDT's first-ever company-created musical, which was the past recipient of a prestigious Writers Alliance Grant from the Dramatists Guild Foundation. This production also marks the first ever revisit to a past show title in the company’s 35-year history..

PARKING: The venue parking lot is on the corner of Exposition Avenue and Parry Avenue, directly across from the main entrance to the State Fair of Texas. Entrance to parking lot is off Exposition. Our parking attendant will open the door for you as you pull up.
There is free street parking on both Exposition Avenue and Commerce streets, where the signs allow it. There is also a paid parking lot off Exposition.
As with anywhere in Dallas, please remember to secure/hide any valuables in your car.
